Our Refund Policy
At Pounding Systems (operated by Crusher Inc OÜ), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital software delivered electronically, our refund policy is based on license activation status.

Unactivated Licenses
Refunds are available for licenses that have not been activated.
Activated Licenses
Once a license has been activated, no refunds will be provided.
Why This Policy?
Unlike physical goods, digital software cannot be "returned" once delivered and activated. When you activate a software license, you gain full access to the product, and we have no way to revoke that access or verify that you have stopped using the software.
This policy protects both our customers and our business from fraudulent refund requests while still providing a fair opportunity for refunds if you change your mind before activation.
How to Request a Refund
If your license has not been activated and you would like to request a refund:
- Send an email to mail@pounding.systems with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include in your email:
- Your order number or transaction ID
- The email address associated with your account
- The product(s) you wish to refund
- A brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
- Wait for confirmation. We will review your request and verify the activation status of your license. Expect a response within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed through Moonbase (our payment processor) and returned to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take longer.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, such as:
- Technical Issues: If the software has a critical bug that prevents it from functioning on your system and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately.
For any exceptional cases, please contact us with details of your situation, and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
Before You Buy

For some products, we may offer trial versions or demos that allow you to evaluate the software before committing to a purchase.
EU Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer protection law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right is waived for digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer's consent.
By purchasing and activating our software, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and waive your right of withdrawal for that activated license.
